We had the pleasure of working on a major renovation project in a stunning house with breathtaking views. It was an absolute joy to work with the homeowners, a talented and creative couple with a keen eye for design.

We began the project by removing all of the old carpet from the entire house, as well as the kitchen tiles, in order to install new vinyl flooring without transitions. This was a crucial step in creating a seamless and cohesive look throughout the space.

In addition to the flooring, we gave the entire house a fresh coat of paint. This included painting the ceilings, walls, doors, and trims, creating a completely refreshed and updated space.

We took out the wallpaper and brought in a bold black wall, which may have seemed risky in a completely dark room. However, the end result was perfect! While the color black is often associated with gloominess, moodiness, and feelings of confinement, in reality, painting your walls black can actually make a space feel larger, airier, and more inviting than you might expect.

This is a sneak peak of the paint! Sherwin-Williams of course.

The painting was a whole lot of work, ceilings, walls, doors and trims. The outside was included of course! So everything looked fresh and new at the end.

We brought in vinyl flooring throughout the entire house, with no transitions, for a seamless look. To ensure moisture and noise control, as well as overall support and temperature regulation, we installed the vinyl on top of a 3mm cork layer. This application not only creates a beautiful and functional flooring solution, but also provides added benefits in terms of comfort and durability.

Additionally, the vinyl's 100% waterproof properties allowed us to use it in areas such as the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry, where moisture resistance is especially important.

The end result could not have been better! We meticulously planned and executed every detail, in accordance with our clients' wishes and preferences. The final product was truly a reflection of their unique style and vision, and we are thrilled to have been a part of bringing their dream home to life.

We thoroughly enjoyed working on this project, from start to finish! Even the daily commute from North Vancouver to Squamish was enjoyable, as we were passionate about bringing this beautiful home to life.

We wish the couple all the best and hope they enjoy their newly renovated home for years to come.
