To ensure a watertight and reliable foundation, we used the Schluter® waterproofing and heating systems, renowned for their durability and performance in modern bathroom construction.

The transformation showcases a sleek matte black vanity with clean lines, paired with a beautiful freestanding tub and brushed gold fixtures that add a refined touch of luxury. The underfloor heating, powered by the Schluter® DITRA-HEAT system, is embedded beneath large-format porcelain tiles, offering cozy warmth and eliminating cold floor surfaces.

The custom shower glass door, designed and installed by Metro Glass Design, adds a clean, frameless look that enhances the openness of the space. For safety, comfort, and waterproof protection, the shower area was sealed with the Schluter® KERDI system, giving you peace of mind beneath the beauty.

Our amazing electrician, NG Electric, made sure all electrical elements—from floor heating to lighting—were installed with precision and code compliance. Every light and switch works seamlessly to highlight the space’s best features.

And we didn’t stop there—the kids’ bathroom received its own vibrant makeover. Textured green wall tiles add playful energy and depth, while white porcelain floor tiles keep the space bright and clean. Matching brushed gold hardwareties the look together beautifully.

To finish the space with style, we added a dark green vanity that anchors the design and offers practical storage for a busy family.

Marmon Tile brought this vision to life with impeccable tile installation across both bathrooms. The finishing touches—caulking, painting, detailing—were completed by the talented team at Nu-Homes, ensuring every corner reflects craftsmanship and care.
