The transformation from a basement into a beautiful home was a project that truly touched our hearts, thanks to our amazing clients. We were able to completely renovate the space to create a functional and stylish living area.
One of the major changes we made was transforming an old laundry room into a modern bathroom, while also converting some storage space into a new laundry area. Additionally, we upgraded an existing bathroom to better suit the client's needs, and added a new laundry area to accommodate the separate suite.
The kitchen was also completely redone from scratch, with new plumbing and electrical upgrades to support the installation of brand-new, top-quality Ikea appliances. We took great care to ensure that every detail was perfect, including matching the handles between the cabinets and appliances.
Overall, this project was a true labor of love, and we are thrilled with the results. We hope that our clients will enjoy their new home for years to come.
The closet doors and header were removed, and we installed a brand new stacked washer and dryer in their place. To accommodate the necessary plumbing and electrical work, we had to open up the entire wall. We also removed the dropped ceiling and replaced it with standard drywall, along with installing new lighting fixtures to brighten up the space.

I always enjoy when clients bring unique color schemes and ideas to the table, and this project was no exception. When I first heard the request for a green kitchen, I have to admit, I had trouble picturing how it would come together. But, with the help of our talented designer, we were able to create a truly remarkable space that exceeded our client's expectations.
Our designer worked closely with the client to select the perfect shade of green for the cabinetry, and paired it with complementary countertops and backsplash tiles. The end result was a beautiful, modern kitchen that was both functional and visually stunning.

We didn't just stop at the kitchen transformation, we also gave the existing bathroom a major overhaul. To achieve the desired layout, we had to reframe the walls and remove the dropped ceiling. In its place, we installed a brand new moisture-resistant standard drywall ceiling and painted it with our favorite paint, Emerald by Sherwin-Williams.
To add to the modern look and feel, we opted for a trendy grey shade called "Metropolitan," which had been chosen as the color of the year back when we initially renovated the space. The combination of the new ceiling and wall color created a cohesive and updated look for the bathroom that perfectly complemented the kitchen transformation.

The project below started with an initial sketch that was presented to the client for approval. Although a few changes were made in the color scheme, the overall essence of the design remained pretty accurate to the original sketch.
